I had to get a multi point inspection, oil change, new front rotors, new brakes, and brake fluid flush. With all that, everything went by super fast and they really took care of me. Service agent, travis made it happen, i recommend the sacramento location and will go there from now on. Its way better and more efficient than the elk grove location.

What a great experience I just had today. Yesterday 07/13/21 my 2020 Nissan Rogue ( which I purchased on Nov 2020 from Nissan of Sacramento got a flat tire. I didn't have an appointment but they took me right in anyway.

Since I purchased my Nissan Altima in December 2021 service personnel have treated my car with competence and thoroughness. They have treated me with respect and kindness. I am grateful for their fine work, which makes my nine year-old car feel like new. If I decide to buy another Nissan I will definitely buy it from Sacramento Nissan.
I went in to look at a Rogue on Tuesday, July 22nd. I test drove, and liked it...just wasn't able to make the numbers work. I was working with Daniel and had a great experience with him. I didn't feel pressured and he was knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. I decided to come back in on Thursday the 24th to look at an Altima. Daniel wasn't in, so I worked with Christian, and we were able to come to a deal agreeable to everyone and I left with a new car. They were both very nice and helpful.

Kristina Albiani was prompt, courteous, and professional from the time that I pulled into the service bay until I left. She came out and greeted me promptly. She took care of my service needs, gave me an estimate on the time for repairs, and got me a rental car.
I went to Nissan w/ my partner to c what I could qualify 4. A employee came out and asked if we needed help. We said yes. Amy asked what I was looking for, I told Amy what I wanted and she spent the next 2-2 1/2 hrs making it happen. Amy was awesome Amy did not pressure me @ all.
I came here with a price set on mind that I was willing to pay for the vehicle and what I wanted for my trade in. Nothing crazy but still thought it wasn’t possible. But as stubborn as I was they made it happen. It just took a while to get there. I just wish it was a bit simpler from the beginning as I wasn’t willing to pay anything more.

We pretty much knew what we wanted. We were pre-qualified. But our rep Charles went above and beyond to help us out. He was in contact with us before we went in. He answered all our questions. We went on a couple test drives. We ended up getting the showroom vehicle, with only 7 miles on it. Financing was smooth. We walked out with a vehicle we love at a great rate! Would totally recommend to friends & family!

Went for an oil change and the service team treated me so well I almost felt like a king. The talked to me with respect, explained the process that would take place, they even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby. When I got my car back they told me what needed attention now, what would need attention soon, and what was still good. Great job team!

I've been a customer of Nissan of Sacramento since 2012 with the Service Department, and on September 15, 2020 I decided I would go look for a new car. I knew exactly what I was looking for a 2020 Versa. A Salesman came out and it was Tou Lee Kong. He introduced himself and I did the same, he asked me what I was looking for and I told him. I got into the Versa and immediately he explained every detail on dashboard, how the car starts, sensors around the car and showing me. I wanted to take a test drive and we did. Both the ease of making an appointment and the subsequent service are excellent. I would definitely purchase a new car from Sacramento Nissan if/when I purchase a new car but being elderly and my car still like new, I doubt I'll be purchasing another new car. I will, however, continue the maintenance of my Nissan with Nissan of Sacramento. The service personnel are very friendly, they explain the service needs and options clearly, and answer questions thoroughly. I'm a happy customer.

I bought my car brand new In 2015. I do all of my maintenance is there in the service center. I have always had nothing but great things to say about this company. They usually take care of me very well informed me with all of my issues and never pressure me to do anything.I will continue going to this place and servicing my vehicle
Drew was my service rep. He explained everything thoroughly. The service took less time than I had expected. The building is very clean and the personnel are friendly and polite. Sadly, due to the pandemic, there was no coffee! I survived.

Yes, Hector took me home! He expressed on several occasions that he was concerned about me as the customer and providing me with outstanding customer service, in which he definitely carried out!!! I also shared Hector's customer service performance with me, to the assistant manager, since the manager was not there. I really appreciated Hector's overall customer service with me, his friendliness, kindness, patience, thoughtfulness, and willingness to take care of my immediate needs as well. First spoke with Charles @ Nissan of SAC on the phone then met him for test drive. He listened to what I wanted in a car and showed me a few cars that met with what I wanted. We discussed what color I wanted and what options. I test drove a Sentra and loved it. Charles stayed in touch with me by phone and in person all through my purchase of the card that I wanted and on the day I picked it up, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Charles and the staff at Nissan of SAC and highly recommend them.
This place is not your ordinary car dealership, they don’t attack you when you arrive, they don’t push you into anything, and they don’t run your credit a million times just to get you approved ( huge plus since each time you send/run it’s a hard inquiry that lasts for 3 years) I will definitely return!!! And I am now a Nissan LOVER! Jamar is the best sales person I’ve ever worked with and their billing department, Christiana and Jason are so sweet and quick! I love this place

Brought my car in today to have it serviced for a recall, as well as some other maintenance and I just want to give a shout out to Hector in the service department. Ultimate professional, outstanding customer service! Even got an Uber for my wife and I when the shuttle was taking too long. He is an absolute asset to this team! I might even start coming here instead of my regular mechanic.

I had a great experience with drew poppler, in the service department. Drew was so polite the whole time with making sure my 2017 Nissan Rogue was fixed. This Nissan is the best Nissan to go too! Ask for drew you’ll love the guy.
I had to have a major repair, transmission replacement. The repair management that I worked with understood that I was working with Nissan Corporate for help with the $4,000 and communicated with them, and me, in a quick and professional manner. Once it was determined that the repair would be done they gave me updates whenever there was news or a change. And, finished my car early! When I came in to pick up my car the cashier and outside staff were also friendly and helpful! Plus, I noticed later that day while driving that they had cleared the message lights on my dash for my tire pressure. This was an awesome experience.

My son bought his first new car...good experience.
I took my 04 Titan in for an exhaust leak repair. Other shops told me replacing the cracked headers was the only fix but Nissan of Sacramento said they have had great success repairing instead of replacing saving their customers over $2000. Since I saved so much money I had a few more problems repaired while there. It was nice to have a friendly, efficient service department open in these trying times with the Shelter in place in effect.
Ej service manager is extremely nice and pleasant he makes sure that you are well taken care of also the staff are also very nice and helpful never that i was on long hold efficient in calling you back ASAP and Ive already gotten 2 cars from this location and was also very reasonable in pricing. I would love to come back at this location and hopefully purchase a new car with them:)
Awesome experience. Robert is a good sales person and is very informative. He is willing to work with you. We purchased a 2018 Nissan kicks and got a great deal. A great experience overall. Definitely worth the drive from Manteca.
I had a great experience with drew poppler, in the service department. Drew was so polite the whole time with making sure my 2017 Nissan Rogue was fixed. This Nissan is the best Nissan to go too! Ask for drew you’ll love the guy.
Jamar was great! Very knowledgeable about the entire process which made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. He also made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. One of the most comfortable car experiences I’ve ever had!
They were able to get my car in right away without an appointment. During their all points check up, they discovered that my car needed windshield wiper blades. I was glad that they reminded me about the blades and had new ones installed.

It was a nice experience. Fred Howell was very nice and patient during the process. He answered all my questions and gave me all the details I needed to know about the deal. Then in the financing office K. Cooper was very nice too. He explained every single document before I signed them even though he had a few people waiting to sign their contracts.
